I just found your podcast and I am enjoying it immensely. Good for my soul. Thank you for discussing the issue of relations in America. I also hesitate over the word "race" because we are all Homo sapiens. Some of us lived in an area of more sun so the skin became darker with melanin and the hair became more curled so as to keep it off the scalp to allow the heat to escape. I didn't learn this until I was in my 30's and I dearly hope it is being taught in all elementary schools. Thank you again for your uplifting words. My only critique is to lower the volume of the music. Thank you again.

Great show. The host is super inspirational and motivational. Think of a coach/mentor that is egging you on to evolve into your best you. The episode on What’s Your Approval Rating really spoke to me and was exactly what I needed to hear today. Thank you!

The host of "Breathe Motivation" has such a soothing, lovely mellifluous voice. Lovely to listen to - would be great for a bedtime story. The vocal habit he may wish to be aware of is the amount of times that he says, "Right?" Although perhaps this is purposeful, since the podcast had a bit of a preacher quality to it! Maybe I should see his "Right?" with a "Right!" of my own - and treat it as participatory. I'd love to hear a detailed personal story about effort during the "Effort" episode. I think I'd connect more deeply with the podcast the more specific the personal stories become!

Anthony has a great voice and is able to laugh at himself, right? I enjoy that each episode is a quick takeaway to help motivate you in daily life. Anthony is very positive in his outlook on people and life! I'll tune in again!
