I can feel the passion you have for people to learn more and benefit from the material. Your excitement got me excited! This episode made me want to come to China. Things seem to be moving very quickly there. I also enjoyed learning more about nut butters. I too have finished whole jars of peanut butter (it’s a thing). Had NO IDEA I could just make my own! I enjoy your interview style. You seem to do a lot of your own research before interviewing. You ask great questions and bring out the best in each person. Loved the segment about Jack Ma as he is someone I revere and respect for business sense and world change. Great podcast! Recommend to anyone interested in food and drink conversations in China.
