She made the show. Now it’s just flat-lined and boring. The topics sound interesting, and believe me I’ve tried to get into the show without her, but it’s just not the same.

Listening to this podcast is changing my career as a hairstylist! These women (and man) are breathing new life to our industry. Hairstylists are taught to jump however high society needs us to jump so we can call ourselves successful. BMS is teaching me there is another way. I can have a career I love and the family life I’ve always wanted while earning potential is limitless. This podcast has not only given me hope for a bright future but also discusses the tools in order to get there. Can wait to listen to the next one!

I wanted to love this podcast and I did for a while until recently. The negativity, complaining about other stylists is irritating. The worst part about this podcast is they teach marketing and business in their mastermind group yet they are barely putting systems in place to collect client emails and track their inventory? It makes them look like they don’t know what they are doing. After hearing that why would I want to invest in their education? It’s not seducing me. They say there is not roadmap or checklist to becoming a successful stylist yet there are legit hairstylist business coaches (like Britt seva)that teach to a strategic way of running a successful business that goes far beyond the daily four and strategic seduction.

I started listening to this amazing inspiring group about 2 weeks ago, and I completely fell in love with them. So I went on a binge. Now I’m all caught up. I love how real and honest they are. I can’t wait for next week podcast. 😊

Has anyone lately had challenges with the audio skipping? Last three podcasts both BMS and date your wife are skipping periodically throughout the entire podcast

I recently started listening to you guys. I started since episode one and I want to listen to every single one of your podcasts! but so far I absolutely love everything about you guys! my dream is to take a course with you guys in the future! It’s sad that all your 2018 spots are taken but I will be there learning from the best one day!!

These women, and Garrett (whom I miss btw), speak straight to my soul. I feel myself growing and learning more about myself in the process of this podcast than ever before. I can’t wait to be a part of the NBR/BMS family and learn even more. Seriously I feel like BMS and NBR are going to change my entire life and I haven’t even gone through the experience yet! 😍 Thank you for your passion and commitment to the industry and to your fellow stylists and making sure we all get the chance to live our best lives personally and professionally.

There was lots of info I wanted to learn and was so excited but couldn’t get past all the negativity. Had to turn off a couple episodes because they can’t stop being so angry. I understand why they are mad but that is not what I was listening to this podcast for. Highly disappointed as I was in the process of signing up for training.

Why don’t they just title this podcast the Anianne Show? Geez.. so annoying the way she goes on and on and on about the herself and the SOS!! And the topics are constantly the SAME!! Every other word is an F Bomb or GD, which is fine, but it’s just so unprofessional and not very inspiring hearing constant negativity and bashing other stylists.

So I like hearing what they have to say about the business side of the hair artist world! The charge what your worth and all of that, but I cringe when they talk bad about people, people in their classes and the whole Habit lawsuit going on. It’s just not a positive way of dealing with these types of situations. Also the topics are almost all the same.

I have always wondered “there’s got to be more and how can I get there?” BMS podcast has been so inspirational to me and honestly very life changing. I don’t know why we wait until we receive permission to change our stories, but the DKW and BMS team do exactly that and so much more!! I cannot wait till Tuesday comes around so I can jump in my car and get pumped with motivation! The bad assery level on these girls is mind blowing and I am so grateful for them and their willingness to put them selves out there to better every single person who is listing! I found my more. Love the podcast, love the message, love BMS. 💕

I was a lost soul then discovered NBR Extensions then went to California. Started making changes ASAP. I’m on my journey & I can see that I’m becoming the changes Ive wanted to be for so long but never gave my self permission to set out for a new way of doing business. BMS is the most amazing educational/ influential group I’ve ever came across in my 12 years behind the chair. I am so thankful to Garrett &Danielle,Val,Aiannia for making me push through my boundaries & stories in my head. Lets do this & love-this Tribe. Can’t wait to join the Mastermind team

As a new stylist this podcast is so inspiring. When I’m listening it feels like I am having brunch and catching up with the girls! I am only on episode 3 and I have already learned so much.

I love listening to this podcast every week to keep me amped and on track with my business and my life! These women have changed my life. Let them change yours too! ❤️

Pros: there are few podcasts for stylists so I appreciate them creating this. The content (if you can parse out the relevant information) is helpful. Cons: Garrett is overwhelming and dominating. He uses language like “girls” to describe the stylists and talks about “corralling” them which comes across as condescending. As a stylist, I want to hear from the stylist, not her business partner. They need to distill the information; there’s too much irrelevant chatter and promotion of their classes which is a turn-off as a listener.

Great to hear an open and honest conversion about money and the industry! Super encouraging for myself and my business. Love that Val. I think me and her would make good friends 😘😉
