I was listening to the Jake Johnson episode and realized the commercials was coming in quick. Soon as I was getting into the conversation, bam, commercial time;-)I love this podcast, keep up the good work;-) I can’t believe you guys are quitting, we love this podcast and y’all need to reconsider 😑

A great show to listen too and sad to hear it’s gone but it had a good run!

Idk why but these guys have as breaks very 5 minutes. Completely ruins the flow of a conversation or any jokes. Disappointed

Tried listening, but having ads just inserted so frequently and at random drove me nuts. Fix that, and I'd add it back to my playlist.

Mathew has no identity other than being gay. That's all he talks about. Theo is annoying, he interrupts the guests while they are talking and trying to tell stories. He tries really hard to be funny, but it's just not. No reason to listen to this, you can do better.

just started listening to this show. became a fan of theo's comedy after he appeared on the adam carolla show a few times. great interviews and stories about the crazy town of hollywood. definitely a regular listener now. two thumbs up.

This show is great, a great comedian (Theo) and a former gossip reporter (Matt) interview all types of Hollywood personalities. The only complaint I have is that the edits are not done very well and I'm sure they don't need to be done. Flubs are fun to listen to because they're human. Plus they're chopped in the worst places as well. In my opinion, podcasts don't need to be a certain length and there is no reason to edit unless a guest requests it. Other than that, great show guys. From a fans point of view, if you're going to edit just do it a little better. There are plenty of long form interviews that don't edit at all, Joe Rogan, Adam Corolla and they do just fine. Have faith in yourselves.

I'm a lineman for an electric utility company and find my self cracking up the whole time I work. It's great show that helps make the work day go by faster.

This podcast is smart, funny and super interesting. Theo and Matt work so well together and the guests all have really cool stories. It's one of the only podcasts I listen to because of how great it is!

I had heard one of their podcasts and had to come back for more. Love the fact that this is a different podcast where they are in a competition and have fun with it. Also, love Theo's voice and his humor, espeically when it's completely not PC. Keep at it!

I first heard Theo Von on Adam Carolla's pod and followed him over to Allegedly. I love Theo's voice and "way" and his Bayou common sense. Matched with Matthew Cole Wiess, this is a fun team and great pod to ear-bud into for a laugh - or to forget the stress of the day. I couldn't find this pod at first 'cause I can't properly spell alledgly. alleadeglly. allegedly. Dang.

I listen to over 40 hours of podcasts each week and this one has found a unique nich - the hosts are very different but clearly friends, the format is interesting but mostly they're really good interviewers. They really listen to their guest and that creates conversation you don't hear anywhere else. They also ask provocative questions but in a way that doesn't make the listener or guest cringe - it's a friendly podcast that often makes me laugh and learn something. Excellent job!

Obsessed with the 2 hosts. Their dynamic is weird but works. Even if they have weird guests the interviews are wild and great. I've literally laughed out loud and had people in my office look at me.

Matthew can show his stuck-up and out of touch side sometimes. Theo is hilarious and quite down to earth. They make a great team. Very funny!

I really like this podcast and listen every week. I've noticed that Matthew does a lot of what sounds like fake laughing. Everything is still just as funny even if someone isn't laughing constantly. Just an observation. They're both great story tellers with super hilarious perspectives about random things.

Theo's Southern comic wit, counter balanced with Matt's journalistic and Hollywood apporoach are perfect blend. Listen to real Hollywood stories told by the insiders and celebs, themselves.

I really love Theo, and I'm sure Matt is a good dude but my God, the constant talk of "banging dudes" and gay sex CONSTANTLY gets real old. I'm a proud straight guy who doesn't have a problem with gay dudes, but hearing about it the entire show turned me off, and it's every episode. If you're gay this pod is for you.

Great dynamic between Matt and Theo. Theo spews comedy love butter all over the place!

The guys are funny, so there's that. BUT the editing is poor, lacking smooth transitions. Example: David Spade episode. Also, having a FORMAT is creative, but it breaks up the naturalness. Spade started talking about a celebrity roast, but they had to stop the story to do their little story segment. But it's still good

their chemistry is undeniable...their non-judgemental attitude helps their guests loosen up and overshare. The 3-part show structure (story time challenge, interview, and game) gives the show an upbeat, yet casual pace. They ask probing, nosy questions... but that "are you attracted to brothers/black men" makes me cringe.

Theo is back!!!!!! And the air horn is gone!!! This is one of my favorite podcasts. I love hearing about all of the weird things that happen to these guys.

Hilarious show listen to every episode. My only criticism and I mean this in the nicest way....but does Matthew have an identity outside of being gay? That's literally all he talks about. It's cool that he's gay but that seems to be the only thing he can talk about. There are tons of gay hosts that you would never know because they have an identity outside of that. Again mean this in the nicest way the show is great there seems to be nothing else to him.

Oh my god!! I am new to this podcast - this was my very first time listening and I am hooked!! Abby was great- didn't hold back.. I really didn't care for her from watching her show on lifetime however, she was so open and honest here, I love her!! I have def subscribed!! Thx guys!!

For my money, Allegedly is exactly what podcast of this type should be; funny, smart and professionally presented. Unlike most podcasts, the hosts aren't constantly screaming over each other and trying to "outfunny" each other. They just interact with each other and their guests in a genuinely amusing type way that makes for a really fun listen. I also appreciate that they clearly put some time into making the podcast sound and feel professional. In an era when many podcasts sound like they were recorded into a phone by someone driving on the freeway with their windows down- Allegedly is a welcome change of pace. Recommended.
