Consistently terrific health and fitness podcast!
Pete McCall consistently hosts some of the most knowledgeable guests who provide expertise on a wide variety of health and fitness topics. Pete’s upbeat style makes learning to live healthier and longer even more fun. The “Better Fitness Through Sleep” podcast with foremost sleep expert, Dr. Craig Heller, Stanford University, was fantastic. Everyone should listen to this podcast to understand what happens during sleep and why adequate sleep is critical to us maintaining good health and performance.

Knowledgeable Host + Guests with different perspectives
Pete is a very knowledgeable fitness professional. I like that he has guests from different backgrounds that provide their own perspectives on fitness. Rather than being just some dude who works out himself and tries to sell you supplements, Pete is the real deal, providing science-based health and fitness tips to help you be able to do what you want to do, when you want to do it.

Great informative podcast
Pete McCall is one of the most knowledgeable educators on the planet when it comes to the human body, how it works and how to make it work better longer. His podcast resonates because like his book, Smarter Workouts, and his eBook, Dynamic Anatomy, Pete relies on the latest in research. His guests are experts in all fields related to health and fitness. Pete is able to lead them through an hour on a wide range of topics. He covers it all, but a favorite topic is how exercise can address aging. That's especially important to me, a 69 year old endurance athlete new as a NASM ceterfied personal trainer and USAT coach. Give a listen. You'll be hooked as I am.

Interesting & Motivating!
I think I’m younger than your target audience (I’m 26) but I am really enjoying this podcast! I am just starting to work out more and eat healthier, and I want to be healthier overall, which I know will be good for me as I age. I love hearing about the benefits of fitness from a scientific standpoint in a way that I can understand. It gets me motivated to invest in my health!

Keeps getting better
I've been following Pete's podcast from the beginning and it just keeps getting better. Pete has a great fitness mind, but also an equally great analyitcal mind for the business of fitness and how it impacts society and even politics today. Very well rounded podcast with something for everyone.

Great podcast for anyone interested in fitness
I’m a 68 year old man just trying to stay fit and strong as I age. I’ve listened to Pete’s podcast for the last couple of years and have learned so much about the science behind exercise and why fitness is so important for older adults. Pete’s interview style brings out great insights from his guests. And his guests cover a full range of topics about fitness. I’m also a consumer of fitness services spending my retirement dollars on personal training, small group classes, message and stretch sessions at a small gym in San Diego. All About Fitness has helped me be a better consumer, more motivated and more knowledgeable.

I’m not a fitness professional or educator, just a lover of exercise and endorphins! I love to listen to Pete’s podcast because it offers a lot of additional perspectives and angles to fitness and health that you just don’t get by reading the occasional fitness magazine. Pete’s delivery is so friendly and conversational, I feel like I’m just listening to a friend talk about their passion. I loved learning about fascia, recovery and the nutrition aspects that have all recently been covered.

Educational, informative, credible, genuine, and motivating
I first met Pete at a gym I was working at and just by watching the mobility work he was doing I knew that he wasn’t just “some guy”. I could see the intent in his movements, that he knew what he was doing and why he was doing it. After asking him who he was he gave me his card and directed me to his podcast. All About Fitness, has since furthered my education, reminding me learning is continuous , keeping me informed not only on new trends, but old trends, and what to keep a watch for. Pete continues to provide great content with speakers from all over the fitness industry. I really enjoy his live interviews. Although he’ll apologize from time to time about the sound quality, I find it real and authentic. But it’s not just the interviewees who provide great information. Pete, is a fitness educator and well known speaker on things, well... All About Fitness of course. I look forward to listening to future podcasts.

Love this podcast for staying on top of what's happening in the industry as a whole. Loved the Kira Stokes and Sadie Nardini episode. It's great to see so many women featured thoughout the episodes as so many fitness focused podcasts are skewed towards male guests.

Misogynistic Comments
I came across this podcast in my research to achieve bigger gains in my weightlifting. Though the content was really interesting and informative, I felt alienated as a listener by the host’s misogynistic comments towards women. Describing athletes or otherwise as playing like “girls” or “b*****ing” about rule and regulations discredits and disrespects women. In addition, there are anecdotes interjected to poke fun at folks in the gym who don’t know what they are doing; if you are coming from a place of education and instruction, how can you shame people who have at the very least showed up to the gym and committed to some form of regular exercise to better themselves? Have more respect for those who are trying and use your knowledge to lift them up.

Favorite Fitness Podcast
Pete is such an awesome host for a podcast of this nature. As the title says it, all about fitness, there are so many components to fitness besides lifting heavy things or running for miles. Pete’s guests have said some of the most memorable and educational things I’ve heard thus far in my fitness career. I look forward every time Pete has time to interview and post a new episode because it’s one of the greatest opportunities for free and continuing education in this industry.
