Blessings to all
God’s blessings to all of Steve’s family and friends. He helped so many people with this podcast. He was fun, witty, entertaining and seemed eager to teach all his listeners. I keep quotes up in my den about different things. There are a couple of Steve’s quotes up there. “Don’t buy companies that don’t make money!” Is one of them. He will be missed. I just wanted to let his family and friends that he was appreciated and he’d positively influenced us. Thank you and Gods Blessings.

Hi Luke and justin, Love the podcast! Wishing Steve all the best. I got into SAIA at $294 for a long term hold. Since then, it’s run up to $600. I was wondering if It’s time to trim and take some profits. How do the technicals look? Its about 6% of my portfolio. Will be listening on the show for your answer. Thanks! Jeff from torrance

Great Podcast
Love the podcast. What's your opinion on LSB Industries (LXU)? I came across it listening to a 2024 best ideas presentation by Bob Robotti. Wondering what your take on the company is and if now is a good time to start building a position. Thanks and look forward to hearing your opinion on the podcast.

Great Show!
Hi Jusin & Luke, Love the show. Long time listener. I really appreciate all you guys do for us. I'd like y'alls analysis on 2 REITs I am interested in: PEAK and O. I like O because it is well diversified mostly in the single-tenant retail space. I like PEAK because it is in healthcare space. Both seem to be struggling with high intrest-rates at the moment and near long time lows. I am of the opinion that rates will likely stay higher for longer over the next decade. However, I think in the short to medium term we will see rates come down slightly closer to the 4.5% mark. This will likely be a tail wind for these businesses and REITs in general. With that said, I aknowledge that the technicals look pretty bad for both here. Also, just want to make it known I am not chasing dividend. Anyway, if you could give your analysis on these 2 names and thoughts on the REIT space in general for the forseable future, I would certainly appreciate it. Thanks again for all you guys do, and my best wishes to Steve for a speedy recovery. Spencer Athens, GA

Hey guys, CHTR is currently about 1.4% of my portfolio. I bought just under a year ago around $320. It ran up into the $450s & now it’s just under $300. The debt they carry is terrible but I’m pretty sure with their earnings growth that they have forecasted, they will be able to work towards paying it off. They don’t have a dividend but they buy back very large percentages of their shares. I prefer this over dividends. I think they’ve reduced their share count by 1/3 over the last 5 years. I’ve been wanting to add to this and maybe make it 2-2.5% of my portfolio for awhile and I think this 25% drop over the last few days may be a great opportunity to go ahead and make that move. Let me know what you think or if you think this debt is out of control. I hope Steve has a speedy recovery. A big thank you to Justin and Luke filling in full time in his absence.

Hi guys, I wanted to get your thoughts on Tourmaline Oil Corp as an international natural gas and oil move. They typically have a smaller dividend payout, but do special dividends from time to time if things are going well for the company. I would love to get your thoughts on the company. Thank you!

I’ve been considering in opening a small position on tecnoglass Inc. ticker symbol TGLS, I want to start looking elsewhere tech, Ai and all the noise and buzz on Wall Street. Based on what I’ve seen, it looks like a good company with growth potential for the upcoming years. What are your thoughts and any entry price? Thanks.

Wes from Grand Junction, CO here. I love the show and listen every day. What do you think about Republic Services (RSG) as a long term hold? I think it is a solid company but I worry a little about their debt and that I am late to the party. Thanks for all you do!

Kevin from North Carolina. I’ve been listening to the podcast for going on 5 years and love the insight and knowledge you all provide. My question is on Trek Co - TREX. I have a 3% position in my Roth IRA that I bought based on your recommendation at $58.79 in May of 2022. With it recently hitting a new 52 week high and earning estimates being upgraded, I wanted your opinion if I should buy, hold, trim or sell. Thanks for the great show & Happy New Year!

Great Show
Been listening since 2020 and love the show, I’ve learned a lot and appreciate your wisdom and guidance on all things investing. My question, I’ve been looking to invest long term in the energy sector and your views on nuclear power just accentuated my own. So last year I took a position in Cameco Corp (CCJ) and bought in the low to mid $20’s. It’s currently run up to $44, should I take profits and diversify with URA (Cameco is its largest holding anyway) or should I hold on to CCJ? I would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks and I look forward to hearing your answer on the show.

Exxon (XOM)
I never miss an episode. Between Steve, Justin and Luke, I feel like I’m getting a good financial education. My question: Is now a good time to add more Exxon shares to my portfolio? Morningstar says yes, but I’ll feel better about it if you agree. Exxon missed earnings the last two quarters, and the earnings are declining; however they’re still profitable , debt is relatively low and the dividend payout ratio seems good. I don’t expect to get the $32.00 a share I first paid, but would like to get as good a price as possible. Thanks for all you do, and Happy Holidays to your entire staff and their families.

I am a better investor because of this show.
I love the podcast! The guys provide great investment advice that is solid and stands the test of time. I have increased my investing savvy 10X by listening. This is perfect for a retail investor with a relatively small account. I’ve learned a lot! Joe in Nashville I do have a question about ticker symbol, PYDPY, flutter entertainment. I like this business I owned shares previously and sold them for a profit last year. I want to get back in, but not at the current share price. Can you tell me a good entry point as well as your analysis of the company?

I came across this podcast in 2016 as a new investor and it’s been very helpful over the years. What are your thoughts on TSLY and the other yieldmax option etfs? First off I want to say I absolutely love the show and listen to it everyday. I’m 25 and learn so much from the show. I have a question on TROW, what would be a good price to buy it at. It has gotten beat up recently and their balance sheet indicates they have very little debt. Any advice would be helpful, thank you!

My favorite Investing Podcast
Hello Steve and Justin! I’ve been listening for 3 years, and InvestTalk is my favorite investing podcast. What are your thoughts on GoDaddy Inc, ticker GDDY? I’m wanting to immediately sell my RSUs and ESPP. I feel the risk of the stock price going down is not worth the reward of long-term capital gains as the stock tends to trade flat. As of June 30, 2023, their total cash and cash equivalents were $582.6 million, total debt was $3.9 billion, and net debt was $3.3 billion. Thank you for all that you do!

My go to podcast for market insights
Very helpful, educational and one of the best hours of the day. *****question***** FTNT - Fortinet, inc. Wondering if the recent pull back caused by poor forward guidance on 4th quarter contracts being pushed out to later dates, presents an opportunity to jump in. I’ve had this company on my watchlist for sometime and really like their area of business, typical a very solid earner and decent sales growth. It tends to trade at a fairly high multiple. As a long term hold (5 to 10 years), would you consider this a good time to start a position? Thanks for everything!

Hello, I am looking at thermo fisher, and wanted your opinion. There is a lot I like, rising sales, a growing dividend, paying down debt and it looks like they are buying back shares. I am just not sure it is worth the multiple it is trading at. If you think this company is a buy is there good support around $525-$530?

Question
Hi Steve and Justin! thank you for everything you do as always! Quick question on ticker symbol CLH (Clean Harbors) wanted to get your outlook on the company. I’m in at 155 and have made a little profit. I found out about the company from my father in law who was just hired to be a truck driver for them and they seem to be paying him a lot more than other company’s did. It seems to be very diversified in what it does but maintains close to the oil sector. Thank you again and looking forward to hearing your reply!

Great advice and still learning a lot
Thank you to Steve and Justin for all your financial and investment advice! I really appreciate the objectivity you provide and have learned so much. I have owned Oracle (ticker ORCL) for a number of years and still like the company, but I would like to trim my position on it as it makes up a large percentage of my portfolio. What would be a good price point to lock in some gains at this point?

Giving the public what they want
Can you please give your thoughts on AZEK, the company has a duopoly and has recently hit 52 week highs. It’s grown to be 5% off my portfolio, logic says trim however should I wait for August to sell as I will have met the long term holder threshold? Does it still have room to run?

Best Investing podcast available! Hands down
Good evening Steve and Justin, I’d like you guys to take a look at ticker BTI New category revenue has grown at an impressive CAGR of 33% over the past 4 years, and management is confident in their ability to achieve £5 billion revenue by 2025. BTI remains a compelling story in its transition to reduced risk products. Since 2018, BTI has grown its non-combustible consumer base by 30% on a CAGR basis, reaching over 23 million. This includes 900,000 new customers that were added in the first 3 months of this year alone. With a P/E of 8 This look like a absolute bargain. Am I missing something? Would you recommend this a buy?

SPY rebalancing
If SPY eventually rebalances to other companies that go up in market cap more than the top weighted companies, then wouldn’t it still be okay to buy the S & P index? Isn’t this what happened when Apple, msft, Amazon, google, etc gained in size in the 2000s when other companies used to dominate SPY?

Love the show!
Thanks Steve and Justin for everything you do. I was wondering if you could give your thoughts on CWCO, Consolidated Water. They seem to have made Seawater desalination into a profitable operation. I think it has potential to be a huge benefit for areas of the world without easy access to clean fresh water. What do you think of the growth potential for this currently small market? I bought a small position around $15 per share and it has recently run up to above $20. -Adam 6/6/23

2 questions, love the show!
Steve and Justin, love the show, been listening for about a year. Don’t miss an episode, appreciate everything you guys do! 2 questions. First question, thoughts on Hanes (HBI ticker symbol). Beat up lately, down to multi-year low (2012 or so last time this low). I know it is cyclical and just cut out dividend altogether in February, which hurt. Technicals don’t look too hot on my end. I have seen reports of significant insider purchasing recently, however. What are your thoughts on the stock? Potential outlook? Also, any chance the dividend gets brought back? Second question, what happens to a sold covered call option in the event of a revers split? Say for instance you own 1,000 shares of a stock and sell 10 covered calls, but stock does a reverse split and you no longer own 1,000 shares afterward. Say you end up owning only 100 shares after reverse split. What happens to the call options? Thanks, Mike from Ohio

Great Show Question On MDC
Hi Justin & Steve, Great show guys, I have learned so much from the show and took the advice to watch the current environment and cycle. I am value dividend focused Steve or Justin I have a question about MDC. With the rising interest rates a concern. Would MDC be a good long term hold. They do have a small financial services that was less than 3% of their business revenue in 2022. Book value to Price looks good. Good dividend with payout ratio less than 30% according to Zacks. I don’t like it here but maybe at $37-$38 or at all. What do you guys think. Other holdings include OKE, VZ, JNJ, ENB, TSN, MMM, RY, TD, BAC, CVX, VLO, WPC, WMB, ED, Equal weight ETF DIVO, VOO Equal weight. Will this fit in here for more diversity? Thanks I really appreciate everything you do!

Thanks for the great content, and my question involves Upstart Holdings. Although this may not be the best company for the current environment based on your show, I remember hearing Steve mention he liked the stock a few months ago in response to another caller's question. I just wanted to revisit the stock and get an updated view of the company now and their prospects moving forward. Thanks for all your work.

How much cash?
Hi guys. I often hear about the big investors like warren Buffett sitting on large amounts of cash. I don’t typically hear average investors talk about doing that. Seems most of us think we should have all our available investible funds in the market. What percentage of our portfolio should be held in cash.
