In this episode of the "Beacons of the Gospel" Podcast, we will continue our examination of "The Great Commission," which I have re-titled "Mission Impossible," by identifying, and listing, the component topics of "The Gospel Message." We will then, concentrate on laying the foundation, for making new coverts, by looking at the Biblical argument for trusting in God's Word as "The Truth." This is topic number 1 in our list. We will, also, identify the fact that the advisory of our faith is Satan and, that he will stop at nothing to try and mislead us, in our efforts to learn "The Truth," and correctly teach "The Truth" to others.

In this episode, we will continue our examination of "The Great Commission." We pick up by closing out our look at the declared supreme authority of Jesus. We then examine the contractual relationship between Church clergy and The Church laity. I then question whether this current relationship hinders a greater participation in the ministries of evangelism and disciple-making within The Church. I then look at the word "go," in "The Great Commission" and compare that to the current approach, to evangelism, of inviting people to church. Next, we review our understanding of what a genuine "disciple" is. We then close out the episode by suggesting that the phrase "baptizing them" is a synecdoche.
