    In today's episode, Gina talks about the importance of acceptance and change in healing anxiety.  In particular, Gina discusses the benefits of allowing our anxiety experience to unfold, in contrast to fighting the anxiety and trying (often desperately) to make it stop.  The fear of and fight against the anxiety is exactly what keeps anxiety sufferers in the loop of anxiety-panic.  Listen in for suggestions on how to prevent this anxiety loop from taking over your life.
