    In today's episode, Gina reviews the importance of time and acceptance in our anxiety clearing journey.  Many people suffering from anxiety face signs and symptoms of anxiety even during periods in which they are generally feeling fine and have moved beyond their more acute anxiety stage.  It is through the passing of time, self-compassion, the understanding that anxiety symptoms are not dangerous and acceptance of what is that we can overcome the lingering symptoms that anxiety has left us with.
