    In today's episode, Gina discusses the importance of taking notice of our anxiety recovery.  As sufferers of anxiety, we tend to devote a great deal of attention to anxiety itself and forget to reflect on the progress we have made in our recovery.  This can actually make anxiety worse.  Gina recommends a number of steps we can use to recall and acknowledge the progress we have made in overcoming anxiety.
