My favorite health podcast
This is my favorite health related podcast because Debra uses science based information and is extremely easy to like. I’m a health coach and know how much misinformation is out there and how much work it is to weed through it and Debra does a great job at that. You can trust she knows what she speaks of! I do wish the podcasts were a bit longer though. I hate to have to stop my workout to find another. Lol
Debra is so well educated and committed to her audience living a healthier and better life. Her approach empowers women to take control of their body, health and mind. Great show!
Debra makes so much sense and after following her for a few years, I feel better (no daytime energy crashes anymore), look forward to exercising, and am seeing results! I am loving life again. This is a total game changer!

Heal Your Hunger
OK, so it's really cool to listen to a show that is specifically for people my age! I'm not trying to look hot and fit into my bikini. I want to be healthy and to exercise without doing damage. I want to look good but I'm not willing to kill myself to do it. Debra, the host, is easy to listen to. She's fun, energetic and has a great sense of humor. Her guests are great. I've learned a lot and will continue to listen.
Great variety in content
This podcast is a new discovery for me. I've been binge-listening and absolutely love the amazing guests and their helpful information. Since listening, I've purchased many of the books from the featured guests, and have particularly enjoyed the episode regarding the "Cancer Hates Tea" book. I've expanded my knowledge in so many subject areas that I didn't know existed. As I'm getting close to 60, this podcast has helped me to feel so much better about myself and the direction I'm going with my health and fitness. Thank you Ms. Atkinson for featuring an expansive array of knowlegeable guests and for focusing on an age group that is often written off. We still have so much to contribute as we age, and it's refreshing to listen to informed guests who help us remember that fact.

The information provided is great. I have listened to 5 podcasts. I really like when there is a guest on the show. My only suggestion relates to the quality of the audio. There is a great deal of smacking, which is very distracting.

This is a very informative podcast. It addresses women's problems over fifty. There is not a whole lot of information on dealing with the problem of weight gain during peri menopause and menopause. The information that is out there makes you feel as if there is no help for the menopot. Yeah flipping fifty. You give me direction and a bit of hope.
