Annette Williams is the talented designer behind ‘The Good Life’ design company. She creates darling embroidery, patchwork and English paper pieced designs. It’s going to be fun to learn more today about her! -------------------- You already know Tonya Alexander from her awesome projects in American Patchwork & Quilting’s family of magazines. She is a scrappy genius, designing projects that are fun to do with your scraps. We are going to talk string quilts and how to effectively use low volume, or light fabrics, to your advantage. ------------ If you are online you have seen one of Laura Piland’s quilts, and like most of us you stop dead in your tracks to look at it again.. and again. Laura writes at Slice of Pi Quilts and I excited to meet her and learn about her quilt making! -------------------- I love seeing someone bring a focus to a topic we all love, machine quilting. Catherine Redford’s book is called Modern Machine quilting. She is an award winning quilter and teacher as well. We’ll learn how to look at a quilt with a lot of open space and use skill that are very familiar to enhance a modern quilt. ================ Visit American Patchwork & Quilting at Visit host Pat Sloan at ================ BONUS for our podcast subscribers!
