I've been thinking of doing a journal style episode for a while so here it is. For the first time ever some of the audio just didn't record. I learned a lot in this first attempt. I hope you enjoy. I finished lengthening the Odette Hoodies for my granddaughters. In order to distract from a different dye lot of Quince & Co Lark, I added a kangaroo pocket and embellished with embroidery. I finished Cobblestone #2 and want to start on a third one. I am knitting on my Northeasterly strips and started a pair of mittens for The Maine Mitten Project. The CT I had on August 8 showed no signs of cancer, ovarian or otherwise. Praise God! Thank you for your support throughout my treatments. I finished my Comfort Fade Cardi by Andrew Mowry. This is a terrific pattern but my finished sweater is way too big. This is a classic case of incorrect yarn substitution. My husband joined me to chatter a bit about an event in our town, nature notes, book notes, and high note/low note.
