Paraic also discussed putting out hanging baskets, preventing woodlice from damaging seedlings, trimming bay trees and planting out rosemary and lavendar. Listeners questions included sowing everlasting sweet pea on banks, vegetable plants suitable for shady areas, treatement of flea beetle on rhubarb and flowering plants for december colour.
