    U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross says that NAFTA is killing jobs and that the U.S. is the least protectionist major economy in the world. Prior to that, Ellen Zentner, Morgan Stanley's chief U.S. economist, says it's impossible to sustain three percent GDP growth with U.S. productivity the way it is.
