The PMO Podcast™ Points Memo presents, "Are your devices making you dumb?" Not long ago, I was participating in a business operations review meeting with a dozen managers, one senior executive and all others were peers to one another, in a company that in many ways was not unlike any other company you could imagine. In this meeting, everyone but the executive came with their devices which included iPhones, Blackberries, laptops, and iPads. Shortly into the meeting, the top executive became very agitated and this reminded me of a similar experience years ago.
