Let’s face it; our lives are inundated by distractions, a varied list of things that suck up our time and keep us from becoming overly successful, tackling long to-do lists, and/or fixing our kids dinner. Few people are more distracted than friends and fellow writers, Jamie Wright and Matthew Paul Turner, which is why they’ve started a podcast to discuss all of the good, weird, indulgent, self-helping distractions that keep them sane and less preoccupied with all of life’s less enjoyable activities.
