I recently read a book, Relationship Magic, which was monumental in how I now view my personal relationships. It was an honor to be able to connect with the author of that book, Guy Finley on today’s episode of Hope to Recharge.
Guy is the founder and director of Life of Learning, a non-profit organization for spiritual leaders as well as an author of over forty-five books which have sold over 2-million copies worldwide. In our conversation, we talk about his work around relationships and what we can learn about ourselves through others.
We discuss why Guy believes we are not “broken” but often “disconnected” from our true self, how growing up among famous families gave him a unique perspective about what happiness truly is, and why we should seek a relationship with LOVE and not look to the world for validation.
If you are curious about how we can cope with depression by having a better understanding of consciousness, how we can better observe our feelings and thoughts, and what role ego plays in our relationships, you do not want to miss this episode!
