In this episode we chat with the young, determined and talented Sarah Cooper. Sarah is a qualified pilates instructor and teaches at Lean Bean Fitness Sydney and Bodylove pilates. She also studies nutrition and is working towards her passion for health and fitness to become a nutritionist.
Sarah also makes the most delicious recipes and documents this on her food blog 'Scoopitup'. She was inspired at a young age to start creating her own recipes and she now inspires others to enjoy healthy food.
