This week we bring you our conversation with Dr. Jess, a PhD educated scientist who took her love for the earth and her passion for environmentalism to...a big oil company? As Dr. Jess explains, what we need right now as we continue to combat climate change is by galvanizing our spheres of influence (work, home, local and federal governments) and demand larger scale change. She gives us the basics of climate change and a road map for what we can do to help reduce some of that carbon footprint.

You can follow along @processdaily, as she continues to farm, cook, create ceramic pieces, & share her beautiful words.

Alex Katz and his team at Two Chairs are revolutionizing therapy. When Alex noticed the issues with our mental healthcare system, he dove deeper into the subject through extensive research. He concluded what many of us have felt during our own search for the right therapist - the process is unnecessarily complicated, intimidating, and can leave you feeling defeated before you've even begun. Two Chairs is helping to destigmatize therapy and empower people to take care of themselves in a meaningful way.
