In this episode:

  • Catching your thoughts & changing them

  • Being responsible for your second thoughts

  • Intentionally focusing on the questions we ask

  • Breaking the habit of hesitating in thought

Ok girl, I am just so excited you are with me today to dive into this topic! I came up with this concept because I have seen a lot of talented people bury their potential under excuses, and I am OVER IT!

I’m also seeing so many amazing women countdown the days until Friday every single week while pretending that the joy you can have in the other days don’t matter as much.

I think of us like girlfriends, and I am on a mission to make sure that you LOVE your freaking life & we do not have time for that!

So, in today’s episode I wanted to leave you with just one major takeaway that's a common topic discussed in Psychology about how you don't have to be responsible for your FIRST thought, but you’ve got to take ownership of your SECOND thought.T

hat’s it, that’s what we’re talking about today & diving into it on a MICRO & MACRO level---I just know you are going to vibe with it! So let’s freaking go girl!

Quotes:

“You’re not responsible for your first thought, but you damn well better be responsible for your second thought & take ownership on that.”

“Often, we’re hard on ourselves because we’re not catching our first thought, so then we’re letting it spiral down… it has the ability to, on a larger scale, hold us back from chasing our big dreams.”

“That woman who’s achieving that thing that you want to achieve, that’s doing that thing that you wanna do or just that you deem she does it better than you right now. The only difference is that she thinks differently than you.”

“Stop fearing failure but instead start fearing not living up to your damn potential.”
