We’re talking about getting really dang good at labeling the emotion when your body has a physical response and labeling the space between where you are now and where you want to go, and creating those labels that serve you. I’ve found that when I label something, whether its an emotion or a space in my life, with something positive it makes me happy & pumped to chase after my goals.
