Show notes

The Los Angeles Rams playoff hopes are still alive, in part due to the Seattle Seahawks Week 12 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. After the Rams win over the Cardinals, Sean McVay now has his team in position to jump up to the sixth seed if the Rams can pull off a victory and the Vikings fall to the Lions. Definitely not the preferable outcome for coach Pete Carroll as he has a chance to get his 100th regular season win. It could be a memorable one, too, considering the Rams move to Inglewood next season could make this his last game coaching in the Los Angeles Coliseum.

Bear Mader of Locked on Rams joins the show to discuss how the struggles for the Rams this season has been due, in part, to injuries on the offensive line. Jared Goff hasn't looked the same and part of that may be due to McVay admitting that he hasn't used Todd Gurley enough this season. When McVay was asked why he was using Gurley more, he said it was due to, "Me not being an idiot." With that renewed focus, the team blew out the Arizona Cardinals last week 34-7.
