You need to have a solid foundation. I believe life is very unpredictable and there are so many things out of our control. However, something that's fully in our control is how you choose to spend your resources. In this episode, I listed out 4 areas of your life you should invest in. These areas are the most important. Because like I mentioned, everything can go wrong but if you're solid. You'll be able to tackle anything. I think self-love really comes from taking time for yourself and figuring out the things you'll need. Also, if you feel like you're missing something or feel scared of the future, you need to start now. I hope this episode will make you see the importance of investing your time and money in yourself. For mental awareness month, I wanted to talk about one of the mental issues or things I recovered with therapy. I feel as if I would've wanted to hear these words at the time when I was going through it so I hope anyone who needs this will find it. As humans, we focus so much on how others perceive us and fitting in. Also, being liked that sometimes we become extremely unhealthy on the inside. Today, I want to tell that the most important thing is to feel good inside. No matter how you look like and what's going on in your life. An eating disorder or any mental issue that finds strength in the illusion that your self esteem is related to it should be recognized. I'm also sure that its not so easy to just this but the more its reinforced the more it will stick with you. Also, maybe one the things I say might be an AH-HA moment for you. I truly hope that this helps and you realize the importance of putting yourself first.
