Get ready for the longest episode in Shoot Show history as the boys find out how they did predicting the events of NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 4 and Summerslam 2018. Spoiler: They did not do well. It was a long road, but a pleasant ride as the usual suspects are joined by friend of the show, James Ferrell, a new record for fastest natural Heidenreich reference and that trademark hetero man-love you've come to expect.
After a trip to 1989 the boys decided to give the time machine a week off and discuss some current events. Summerslam is coming up and lots of things are happening. Are they good? That's a tough question. Does Heidenreich get a mention? That question is much easier to answer.

This event showcased the tone that set the extreme promotion apart from others, with profane promos and merciless chair shots where the blood flowed like...blood. While WWF was working on its "Attitude", WCW was having a good old fashioned beach party! Skyler, Tyler, Sean and Ryan grab their boogie boards and check out what 1999 looked like in Turner Land. The boys discuss the event, argue about CM Punk and touch on being stung on the nethers by jellyfish. Sounds about right.
