Gabe Morency and Joe Raineri open up the program with Gabe talking about how the Sixers stepped up their game last night, even citing Joel Embiid making a clutch shot, despite playing with stomach problems. The guys talk about how the Nuggets proved they have the depth to go deep in the playoffs, but also understand that the upstart team from Denver will have issues if/when they meet the Warriors in the Conference Finals. The guys find it interesting that Scott Foster, considered one of the worst NBA referees, will be officiating tonight’s Game 2 between the Rockets and Warriors; Gabe says this what the Rockets get for complaining about the officials. Joe complains that there is no personal accountability among pro athletes, but Gabe also says the NBA has been favoring certain teams for too long now.
