The number one reason why you are not reaching your potential is simple. You have fear within yourself. Most of us have a fear of failure that we can admit to and find within ourselves but how many times have you asked yourself if you are afraid of success?
Accountability is the single most important thing you need to develop if you plan on becoming successful. If you cant take accountability for yourself and your actions, good or bad, you will never be able to take yourself to the new level.
Having a lot of followers and a bunch of likes used to work to be considered an "Influencer".. Well, the tide is beginning to change. Authenticity is going to be a key factor that you will need to bring to the front lines of your social media. You need to show who you are, what you are, and what life is really like. No more facades.
When things start to take off in your life and business, you will begin to create opportunities for yourself all over the place. The most important thing to know and understand is how to navigate through these opportunities to make sure you are getting the most out of each one.
Manifestation is the single greatest tool you can utilize in your life. When we think of it, we think of all the great thing we can manifest, but how often do we think about the negatives we can manifest?
Momentum... the zone.. being on fire.. Those are the special moments in life and in business. When you find those moments, what do you do with them? How do you create those into longer lasting periods of elevated performance? Listen in and lets go over it.

I had the opportunity to sit down with my friend Nani. She is a business owner who has found some incredible success. At only 24 years old, she has been though a real jungle and who she has become on the other side is nothing short of spectacular.
You need to push and pound your way to success. Roll with the punches, embrace the suck, and create your life.
I also address how amazing it is that instagram is going to take away the likes.. amazing.
Wow, what an incredible interview. Rob Velez is a 24 year old commercial real estate agent, an investor, and a property manager. He is growing his business and career more and more daily, he is accomplishing goals left and right, and his story is nothing short of CRAZY.

Living at 97% is a cancer for you and your dreams. We feel like we are all the way in, but we are not. Most of us, who are truly committed are at 97% all the time. We need to elevate that to 100% than learn to double it to 200%.
Instagram glitched out for a few hours and it fueled so many negative emotions in people. It pissed so many people off and that in turn inspired this episode... too many people have way to many small problems.. you need to create bigger problems.
You really want to change your life and give yourself the change you deserve? 60 days... 60 days... commit for 60 straight days to forming your new habits. Become obsessed with 60 days. FOCUS. 60 days. EXERCISE. 60 days. READ. 60 days. Do Everything to better yourself for 60 days. You won't turn back.
We all have some questions we are searching for the answers for.. No, I am not talking about "What time is the game on?".. No.. I am talking about the "Why are I not where I want to be?" type of question.. You already know the answer.. go address it.
In life, you will have ups and downs. You will have times where you don't feel like doing a thing. This is where winners are made. Those who stop pondering and just get things done, win. Every time. Get up, do the things you don't want to do, and succeed at a rate you never dreamed possible.
Rejection is the only promise in life you have besides death. Most people get rejected and crumble. Give up on their dreams, their goals, and their passions. If you can learn how to get through rejection, beat rejection, and climb the walls and defeat this idea of rejection, you will win every time.
You want to be in business with people? Protect yourself. People will try to screw you over given the opportunity and you never really know who someone is. That is why "contracts" were invented. To protect both parties.
You ever hear of one day at a time? We'll lets try to make one change at a time. Lets find one thing that is slowing us down, holding us back, and fucking us up. Lets find one area of life that we need to break free from. Once we find this, lets set a goal and get after it. From there, lets add one productive habit daily. We are in this together.
Most of us, believe we will be the best or get to our end result. Often times, we fall short because of what our weaknesses are. Instead of saying "I Believe I will do X" we need to adjust and say "I Believe I will overcome whatever comes my way so I am able to do X".
We all have problems that deal with. We all wish we had more. The single most important reason why we don't reach our goals. We spend more time sulking in our sadness then we do using the negatives to fuel us into what the fuck we are supposed to be. It is your turn to get after it and make your life what you dream of, but first you need to embrace the suck.
Are you in a relationship with a girlfriend/boyfriend? Have a husband/wife? Do you think that they are not completely behind you and support your dreams and your goals? Now, sometimes, that is our own fault, and sometimes they just don't want to see you do well out of some type of fear. Listen to this podcast and see if anything I am saying makes sense to the relationship you may be in.
How often do you use the excuse "I'm Tired"? It is time to stop that. If you really care about your dream and your future, the word tired doesn't matter. If you are tired, take a nap then get your work done. If you use the excuse "I am tired", but you don't actually go and do the work, you aren't tired, you are just lazy.
Make an effort for yourself to start doing exactly what you want to do and when you want to do it. If you are chasing your dreams, there is nothing more important than self care and putting time aside to focus on YOU and YOUR DREAMS. That means, if you are working for someone else, make sure you are spending time focusing on your dream.
One of the main reasons why people live a life of mediocrity and disappointment is because we are really quick to run from our problems instead of facing them. If we looked our problems in the face and challenged ourselves to overcome them, we would find daily battles against them being won.
I have spent so much time around some of the most elite performers in the world in there selective areas. Each of these people have the same exact 5 basic rules that they live by. Learn from them and allow it to make you an elite in your world.
I love to bring people on here who are not only top performers, but people who have a story and a background where they overcame odds to create their dream life. This story from one of my closest friends, Frank AKA Franbo, will blow your mind.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Today, enjoy the day with your loved ones and families. Before we do that, write down the list that I explain in this podcast. It will change your year. Make sure you tune in to the next episode to go over how we are going to set up your 2019 to make it bigger, more successful, and more magical than this year was.
Most of the time, as humans, we tend to look outside of ourselves for the cause of our problems, shortcomings and issues. We want to blame this person, that person, this situation, that situation and everything else under the sun.. It is time to look at ourselves.
When I had arrived back from a great trip to Atlanta over this weekend, I had gotten news that my dog had to be put down. This got me thinking about how loyal she was to me and how loyal she had always been. It had also got me thinking about the loyalty of those that surround themselves with me. Here is some food for thought...
How many times do you feel forced to have to tell someone yes? Forget about that. Only say yes when you know it is something that makes you feel comfortable, makes you feel better, and makes you get closer to your goals.
The first step to greatness is knowing you will eventually get there. It is going to be a long challenging road, but you will get there. You have to work for it, you have to believe in it, and you have to be willing to do anything it takes to get there.
How often do you sell yourself short? Really ask yourself that question? Have you been working on material and have it sitting on your computer or in your mind? Do you have a dream and you haven't started chasing it yet? STOP SELLING YOURSELF SHORT.
Are you really busy or do you want to believe you are busy? Are you claiming how busy you are to impress people? Are you claiming your busy because you do ALL you can in a day to get the most out of each day? Even better, do you control time or do you allow it to control you?
Johnny OZ came through and sat down. We got drunk as possible in an hour and talked about music, success, life, love, confusion, quitting, overcoming, and preparing for the next step.. and we took a bunch of shots.
There is so much to be thankful for.. this year I feel an abundance of gratitude that I have never felt in the past. It is funny, I thought all along that I would always be more thankful for the money, the materials, and the experiences.. but no.. I am more thankful now than ever because I realize how much I have given ..
Fulfillment, happiness, peace of mind.. all come down to one thing. It is gratitude. Fuck the idea of "glass half full or half empty".. that is all a bunch of bullshit. Fill the glass till it is overflowing, that is fulfillment.
I can't even put it into words how irritated I am with the amount of entitlement that we have in this country. It is disgusting. It makes me sick to my stomach when I go onto these social media platforms and see what is going on. I am so pissed off at what I am seeing go on around me.
Time is the most valuable asset that you have in life. Time can't be taken back, but it can be purchased. Check out how I explain what I mean, I think it will help you a lot. Time=Money, People=Money, People=Time.
Who are you when nobody is watching? The difference between who you are today and who you will be in the future is what goes on when there is no one around. When it is just you and you. What are you doing? How do you feel? How content are you? How much work do you put in? We can all fabricate a life on social media, but only we know the truth.
I had a random encounter with a veteran who changed my way of looking at leadership. We sat down and had a conversation that lasted nearly two hours. I want to share some points and lessons I had learned from talking with one of Americas finest.
What voice are you listening to? We all have that one voice that is telling us that we can do anything and the other voice telling us to tread carefully for we don't want to fail. The outcome of your life is dependent upon learning which voice is which and how to blakout listening to the negative one.
Have you ever heard the saying, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with."? I want to take this a step further. You are the average of the five things in each category of life that you spend time on. In this podcast, we will go over how to make sure you are getting the most out of each of the five things in each category of life.
Greatness is inside of every single one of us, the biggest problem is that is where it stays for the majority of people. The first step in becoming great is acknowledging that you are great. Find that greatness and allow it to shine through. Challenge yourself to become great all the time.
I sat down with one of my artists, Dblair to talk about all things from success to life to naysayers to challenging yourself to become the best version of yourself you can be. Follow Dblair on instagram @Dblairr!
Being a great leader is the most important aspect in building a successful team. You have to become someone that people are willing to trust, listen to, and die for. Great leaders lead by example and know when to motivate and how to motivate their troops. To become a great leader, you must know what it takes to be a great leader.
Opportunities are around you at all moments. They don't come to you. You create them. The harder you work, the more opportunities will present themselves. The thing about opportunities though, is that they need someone to catapult them in a positive direction. That only happens when you learn to utilize fear as a fuel and destroy anything trying to stop you.
One of my closest friends, Dalton Crossan, a running back in the NFL sits down and talks about his journey. Dalton is someone who has dealt with adversity over and over again and he continues to rise above and shine. This was one of the greatest conversations I had ever had about success, dreaming, and capturing those dreams. Follow Dalton on instagram @Dcrossan34 and on twitter @D_Cross34.
A championship team needs structure, leadership, fundamentals, commitment, and a group of savages who will run into any challenge together, hand in hand, at full speed. The trick to this, eliminate the fakers, the dreamers and the actors. Savages only.
If you go into chasing your dreams with a back up plan, you will never commit fully to your goals. Instead, we eliminate the idea of a back up plan and we focus on building parallel "Plan A's". Anyone who tells you that your dreams or too big or unrealistic and you need a back up, had already given up on their original plan A.
What is the biggest reason we fail? We lie to ourselves. We lie to ourselves about how hard we are working, how much we are sacrificing, and how far we are willing to go to make our dreams come true. How do we fix this? First we have to address it.

You know that level of excitement you get when something goes exactly how you planned or you have an amazing moment and you are full of life and joy and positive energy? That is life at 100. When you are fired up because you just closed a deal, broke a personal record, did something that you worked for? Do me a favor... Clap for 5 seconds.
I'm sure, if you are anything like me you were told not to talk about money, not to waste food, not to leave the lights on.. We were taught to have a mindset of scarcity. That is holding us back. It is making it impossible for us to get out of the middle class mindset and create a life of abundance that would make life a hell of a lot easier. Lets go over these common thought processes and try to break down the barriers in our own heads.
We all deal with shit we don't want to do, right? How do we make sure that these little things, or even sometimes big things, get done and get out of the way? In this episode, I go over 8 tips and strategies I use for myself to make sure I get them done and get them done quick and effectively.
Being afraid to be wrong is only human right..? But.. what if we could eliminate this. What if we didn't make decisions based off of fear but based off the potential positive results? In this podcast, we will go over why you MUST be willing to take chances and never operate out of a place of fear.
It's the little things. The little things make the difference between success and failure. The little things make the difference in your dreams coming true and your dreams not coming true. It's the little things that will make or break you.
In business, someone is going to try to screw you eventually. It is a dog eat dog world, and you are either going to end up being the one getting chewed up or be the one doing the chewing. In this episode, I will teach you how to protect yourself from getting screwed without ever having to break your moral or ethical code.

They key to happiness is in your ability to think positively. It comes down to what you do in your life, how you do it, and who you do it with. The energy and thought processes around you are as crucial as your own thought process. How do you get into a positive mind state and remain there, gratitude. Showing gratitude. Check out this podcast, I think I will give you some value advice to help you out.
Life is a sale, business is a sale, happiness is a sale. All sales have to end with a "Yes" for it to be successful. Sure, they can end in a "No" for you, but that isn't a success. In this podcast, we take a look at the way I have been able to work around the word "No". I will give you a handful of my greatest direct pitches and responses to the word "No" and I will help you learn how to utilize the word "Yes" to your advantage in any situation.
Wealthy people live by a different set of rules than the average Joe. The problem is, the average Joe isn't far off. All of these "rules" they live by come down to a common theme; how they think, how they spend their day and how they treat others. Over the years I have built relationships with people who are holding BILLIONS in assets, and all of them follow these same common 10 principals I share with you in this podcast.
Do you want to start a business? In the process of it? Starting off with a new project or an idea or service your getting ready to bring to the marketplace? This can seem like an awfully challenging task, but with this quick ten minute podcast, I will try to give you the guidelines to make it as simple as possible.
Do you treat your customers with the upmost respect? Follow up with them? Get to know them? Ask them what they love/hate about your product/brand? Do you hook them up with random discounts? Send them messages telling them how much you appreciate them? If you answered "no", you are losing A LOT of value.
Are you wasting money? Do you even realize how much money you are wasting? Are you giving money away to businesses and corporations that don't add any value to your life to... lets say... play the roll... instead of be the roll? Bags, Shoes, Belts, Glasses... designer designer designer... cut out that way of thinking. START THINKING BIG, NOT SMALL. INVEST IN YOURSELF, NOT THEM.
Leading people is the key in your success. It will make the difference between living out your dreams or allowing someone else to live our theirs. Leading people is an art, it is something that EVERYONE needs to take into account in their life. Positive reinforcement, encouragement, respect, and holding people to high standards and understanding them are just a few things that we will go over in this podcast.
You know what the most common reason for people not reaching their goals and not living they life they dream of? It's because we lie to ourselves. We have become trained to tell ourselves that someone else will pick up the slack, someone else will get the job done for us, and that the world isn't dog eat dog and an extremely competitive place that they weak get preyed on and the strong survive. Change this way of thinking immediately and help change it in someone you know.
Comfortability is a sign of content. Content is a sign of lack of drive. Lack of drive will result in a lack of abundance. Become uncomfortable. Being uncomfortable is what makes us grow, learn, prosper and create the life we wish we could live. Find ways to make yourself have your back against a wall that you have to fight out of, it'll only make the win that much sweeter.
Trust is the most important factor in any relationship, right? Business relationships are no different. Over the last six years, I have built hundreds of business relationships with people that I still hold till this day. I have built a simple formula for myself, that stays within my moral high grounds that has worked time and time again with building a relationship from the point of introduction all the way to breaking bread at the table together as a unit.
Self-doubt will be your kryptonite if you allow it to be. We all deal with it, but learning and understanding where it comes from, how it is amplified, and what triggers it, will also help us understand how to move forward and past it while crushing goals and meeting accomplishments we set out to get. If this podcast adds ANY value to your life, please share it with a friend!
Make sure you tell people you love them. Fix any unsolved issues you have with people in your life. Learn to forgive and to accept forgiveness. You never know when the last time you are going to talk to someone is, don't let things end of bad notes.
Authenticity, what is it? Real, genuine, not false or copied, something that is supported by unquestionable evidence. Why is it so important? Did you know that people read through inauthenticity and get turned off and away from the brand you are trying to build as soon as they see you are not what you preach/talk about? How can we fix this and get out of it and how do we recognize if we are operating at an authentic level?
Getting the job done is the most crucial part in succeeding. I'm not talking about the big job, the million dollar job, I'm talking about the simple small jobs. Cleaning your room, folding the laundry, having a clean car, making the small things matter. Finishing the little things. If you don't have the ability to finish the small things, good luck getting the real job done. Let's talk about how we can get better at this.
Consistency. What is it? How do we utilize it? How do we continue to remain consistent through ups and downs? How do we know the difference between consistency in action and consistency in talking? Learn how to control what you do and the frequency in which you do it, the sky is the limit.
