Everyday I receive questions on how to deal with burnout and it seems like more and more people are struggling with major mental health issues that are a direct result of burnout. Part of the problem is how our current society rewards workaholics, and part of the problem comes from a lack of awareness of the early symptoms of mental burnout. In this episode I discuss how to recognize and deal with the early stages of burnout, how to prevent burnout in the future, and what to do when you are in the middle of a burnout.
