In this episode, Heather and Chris from Killer Jobs podcast & Exploiting Vicki Tims podcast discuss Katherine Knight - the woman who ate her boyfriend. She was the first Australian woman to be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. She was convicted for the murder of her boyfriend in 2001 after she stabbed him to death, skinned him, and then hung his skin from a meat hook in the living room. She then cooked his head and other body parts and made a plate for each of his two adult children.
