    What if we were to take 10 seconds, just 10 seconds, to close our eyes and breathe?  What if we took those 10 seconds to breathe, more than just one time a day? And what if we made it a conscious part of our practice, and routine, to make sure that we breathe?  I'm learning and realizing that our breath is extremely tied to who we are, and our willingness to express who we are.
