We love Brooke so much that we had her on to celebrate our 100th episode so make sure you go and listen to episode 100 & 101 as well (we will give you a link to those too in the show notes). Kirsty shares with Brooke the misconception of decluttering being the solution to every problem when really it’s often just one of the steps in creating an intentional life. She shares her history of being a messaholic and how practising grace with yourself will help you to declutter.
