EP352: How to Improve Email Delivery Rates with a 4-Week
Re-engagement Campaign
Many of the listeners of this podcast have been building their wellness businesses for years which means that they’ve also been building their email list. Building an email list should be a top priority every day because your subscriber list will translate into more sales than anything else in your business.    If you’ve been at it for a while, you may have noticed that as your email list grows, your open and click-through rates go down. That’s completely normal as your list gets bigger.    A couple of years ago Karen did a major clean-up of her email list. Anyone that hadn’t opened an email in the most recent 4 months was sent two separate emails asking them if they wanted to stay on her list. If they didn’t reply or decided to leave they were removed from my list. Anyone that clicked the link indicating they wanted to stay was reactivated and continued on with her.    It felt great to get her list cleaned up and that definitely improved her open and click-through rates. Then she took it one step further by creating a 4-week re-engagement campaign to reinvigorate her list even more.   In this episode, you’ll discover – A 4-phase re-engagement strategy that can be implemented over a four-week period that your email subscribers will find irresistible Why running this rinse-&-repeat campaign two times per year will be instrumental in improving your delivery and engagement rates for the entire 12-month period Practical guidance on implementing a re-engagement campaign of your own to revitalize subscriber engagement Actionable tips for tracking and analyzing key metrics to measure the success of the re-engagement campaign Ready to dive in? EP348: Get it Done: 5 Steps to Overcome Your Tech Challenges
One of the things we hear often from coaches when we ask what’s holding them back from reaching their goals – IS tech.  Most often we hear them say that they are not techy or they refer to themselves as tech-challenged.  While having an online business does require a certain amount of tech, the platforms that you do need for the most part are as simple as can be to navigate once you familiarize yourself with the parts that make them work.   That said, we’ve often found that while we could probably figure out the tech that is challenging us, it isn’t always the best idea to spend the time to do so. In a lot of situations hiring a VA to take on that one-off project makes more financial sense than trying to figure it out on our own.  In this episode of The Wellness Business Podcast, you’ll discover – A 5-step strategy that will help you determine whether it makes financial sense to stick it out to overcome the tech-challenge yourself or instead, hire a virtual assistant The importance of analyzing the cost implications of choosing between DIY solutions and seeking external assistance A super-simple strategy that allows you to hire someone to help you that won’t cost you a single penny The best approach when hiring a virtual assistant to guarantee that you get the results you’re looking for within your allotted budget   Okay, time to click into your favorite podcast app and let’s dive in!     Links mentioned in this episode:   Free Guide: 10 Steps to Hiring Virtual Support That Save You Time and Money.  https://www.karenpattock.com/outsourceguide/   Virtual Assistant Savvies Facebook Group:   https://www.facebook.com/groups/vasavvies   Link for episode 308 - Getting Help Sooner Rather Than Later; 5 Steps to Take When Hiring a Virtual Assistant https://www.thewellnessbusinesspodcast.com/episode308/     Links to Resources:  Wellness Business Accelerator - www.wellnessbusinessaccelerator.com/   Karen’s Facebook Group - www.facebook.com/groups/emaillistbuildingforcoaches/   Karen’s Instagram - www.instagram.com/karenpattock/   Kathleen’s Facebook Group - www.facebook.com/groups/healthcoachpeers/   Kathleen’s Instagram - www.instagram.com/kathleenlegrys/

EP345: Why Marketing Yourself Makes You Feel Vulnerable & How To Build Your Confidence
A few weeks back I posted a few tips about marketing a wellness business in my Health Coach Client group and one coach shared this in her post…   “Oh my gosh! I struggle for sure at marketing myself! For some reason I randomly cry when I think about marketing myself or practicing. What the heck is that? I’m gonna need to figure that out.”   We often talk about making offers and selling programs without feeling salesy on this podcast, but for some coaches it goes beyond just feeling salesy. Some are actually having physical reactions like nausea, sweating, and in the case of this coach, even crying. On this episode, we want to explore this topic and offer some strategies that we believe will help if you fall into this category.   While imposter syndrome is one condition that can hold you back from marketing your coaching business full on, what we’re discussing today is something completely different. It’s more of a physical reaction brought about by the feeling of vulnerability. What we want to do today is to explore what’s causing that vulnerability.   In this week’s episode you’ll discover - The real reason you feel vulnerable when marketing your coaching program and why understanding the root cause brings the opportunity to increase confidence Five ways to separate your personal connection from the outcome of every sales conversation and feel really good no matter what answer you receive Why experiencing imposter syndrome is different than marketing vulnerability and how you can conquer both though a single weekly practice     Links mentioned in this episode: Crushing Self-Doubt How to Tackle & Overcome Imposter Syndrome https://www.thewellnessbusinesspodcast.com/episode333/ How to Lead a 1 on 1 Discovery Call that Results in the Client Saying Yes https://www.thewellnessbusinesspodcast.com/episode24/     Links to Resources:  Wellness Business Accelerator - www.wellnessbusinessaccelerator.com/   Karen’s Facebook Group - www.facebook.com/groups/emaillistbuildingforcoaches/   Karen’s Instagram - www.instagram.com/karenpattock/   Kathleen’s Facebook Group - www.facebook.com/groups/healthcoachpeers/   Kathleen’s Instagram - www.instagram.com/kathleenlegrys/
