K Jay is a stand up comedian, an actor, and a writer in the Twin Cities. K Jay found his way into the Twin Cities through basketball when he came up to the cities looking to play in the NBA for the Timberwolves in the 90s. Shortly after he became a teacher and, after the recession in 2008, he found comedy. K Jay's experience in comedy through the last decade was a treat to hear. Not to mention he was the first comic to give Declan his first show. This man is littered with nostalgic stories which made for a great podcast. Enjoy! Matt and Mike Broshat are twin brothers who recently finished hiking the Pacific Crest Trail - a 2652 mile hike that starts in El Campo, Mexico and travels along the Pacific Coast all the way to the US/Canada Border. With trail names like Store Brand (Matt) and Trash Can (Mike), you will soon realize these guys made the most of every resource they had on the trip making for some great stories. With only 25% of people successfully finishing the PCT, it was very impressive to hear how two brothers who've never hiked before accomplish the trail in 6 months time.

We just booked our finale podcast of this year LIVE @ Sisyphus Brewery 11/15 @ 9 PM and we're very stoked. Jake and Ross are the co-founders of Float - the Airbnb for boats. As many of you know, we are two guys who are not from MN, do not have a cabin, nor a boat (yet) and only experience lake life when our friends are nice enough to have us over. Float is everything we need to get us on more lakes next summer and we're excited to say the least. From living in basement of Jake's parents house, to leasing out their own boats as a beta-test, to now building out their platform on multiple lakes around MN this past summer, the Float boys have an incredible story. Enjoy!

We caught Lars at the perfect time as Yam Haus just recently SOLD OUT First Avenue as the headline act in December. We made a rookie podcast mistake putting Josh’s in 3 of the last 4 podcasts (Josh Rosenthal, Josh Neumann, and Josh Parks). No one is going to call us out for it so we’ll take care of it ourselves. This weeks features include Josh Neumann, founder of Kind Lips, Jost Parks, founder of GhostFit, and Back End Show #5.
