Being just a couple months into the new year, I've been asking all my clients the same question: "What's Next"? Considering last week's podcast was about BURNOUT, why am I asking this question? Not to push them over the edge, but to get them thinking BIGGER! Especially when they've started the year STRONG! It's great to hear how they tie in their "word of the year", even new strategies, and stepping out of comfort zones!

BURNOUT! Yep. Last week I met with 3 new clients that all shared the same frustration about their lack of time to take care of themselves, and grow their business. They all had the same issue... focus and keeping their to-do list in their head. And one was very close to burning herself out! Listen in this week as I talk about their solutions to their challenges and how to check in on how YOU are doing!
We all deserve a break, a new pair of jeans, a fun night out, even a trip sometimes. But why do we deny ourselves of these things? Why do we reward our hard work with MORE work? Listen in this week as I talk about my revelation of how I've denied myself for years. Yes, I reward myself with small things for small tasks completed which is necessary to keep me FOCUSED and MOTIVATED, but not bigger things. I have many clients who refuse to "take a break", so this week I challenge you to STOP DENYING YOURSELF!
Thanks for listening! This week's podcast is to help reiterate why focus is so important, and what to do when you stay focused and accomplish things... even the tiniest tasks! And that's NOT always the hardest thing first! I reward myself after I accomplish three things on my to-do list. Today I'm going to reward myself after I clean my oven! LOL! What do you do? Hey there - seven days left in 2018! So, you've lost the weight? Hit your sales goals? Launched a new product or service? Published another book (like ME!)? Well, what's next? Just because you hit your goal doesn't mean you stop there does it? It's all about building upon the success you've had!!! We never stop learning and growing so why would you stop when you've achieved success?
Yes, you know you can do MORE. But are you willing to? You've made progress or achieved goals, why do you NEED to do more? That's why I ask what more CAN you do? We all know we "need to..." but do we? Listen in this week as I talk about two clients who have done more. They had achieved success already, so why bother? Because they wanted more. They knew they needed to and DID MORE so they could build upon their current successes. What about YOU? What MORE can YOU DO?

It took a lot of planning, prepping and executing to make it happen, but it was worth it! It was fun celebrating the release of my third book. And now... I'm onto what MORE I can do. This past week was a fun week of celebrating and finding clarity about my role with my clients challenges. I received a pair of socks from a friend for my birthday that said, "Ringmaster of the Shit Show", and that I am!
