Kitty acquires a tattoo from Ryan and the speculation around the nature of their relationship continues to grow.  Kitty tries to boss up at second city yet again, but this time is confronted by the shop crew on her status at the shop and her recent firing from black ink New York. Charmaine finds out she is having a girl, and also that she’s been outed for not having legit business license. Van makes a surprise appearance and apologizes for the Vegas rumors, but not without throwing Don under the bus.  Meanwhile there is trouble in paradise between and Don and Ashley as yet another video emerges, and Ashley feels like she is at her wits end despite Don's attempt to right his wrongs.
