Today I bring you my conversation with certified holistic health coach and author, Simi Botic. You may wonder how minimalism applies to body image and my response would be that as we simplify our approach to how we're viewing and treating our bodies, we ultimately are making healthier choices that benefit both our mental and physical health. The way we view ourselves often contributes to the way we experience our daily life which bleeds into the example we set for our children.
