    Has human's our brains are fascinatingly wired towards searching for, and paying attention to the negative.

    It does make sense from an evolutionary standpoint that to be afraid unnecessarily and flee a potentially dangerous situation is better for the human race than for us all being too busy looking at the roses to even care about potential threats.

    But this default wiring can cause us a great deal of stress in the modern day at age. In this episode I'm talking through what this Negativity Bias is, and how we can overcome the ways it limits us.
