Maybe good for new gym goers
Might be good if you want the very basics and you don't work out yet but they don't cover a lot of the more technical aspects. Seems like it's thrown together at recording, no real referencing.
Good topics and material
I am two episodes in, and I really like the topics and how they are approached. The topics are things that everyone can relate to, and the approach is a very casual conversation between the two. It feels like I am having a chat with a friend who is teaching me something new or bringing in a fresh, noteworthy perspective.
Sometimes, the podcast gets saturated with filler words and phrases (um, uh, like, you know); And also, when trying to drive a point home, it ends up becoming more redundant.
But, for the most part, definitely a great podcast and one to subscribe and tune in to every week.
