What are the most important benefits from exercise? Is it burning calories and sculpting muscles so that you look better? Is it enhancing your performance so that you can play your favorite sports better? How about the fact that regular exercise can improve your health to reduce the risk of developing a dangerous disease?

Yes, these are all important benefits from exercise but probably THE MOST important benefit is that exercise can help strengthen your brain.
