    What are the most important benefits from exercise? Is it burning calories and sculpting muscles so that you look better?     Yes, these are all important benefits from exercise but probably THE MOST important benefit is that exercise can help strengthen your brain. That's right, exercise can not only strengthen your muscles but when done the right way it can improve your cognitive function to help you become smarter.

    Ryan Glatt, the founder of SomatIQ is a specialist in Brain Health Coaching, the ability to use exercise to improve how your brain functions.
