Everybody made mistakes, it’s just how you’ve learned from it and use the best of it in the future.   In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have a remarkable guest, Ken Wimberly who dig in his constant entrepreneurial evolution and endeavors, shares his journey of living like a millionaire in all areas of his life, how he balanced his time for business, family, and for himself, and things that bring awareness and enhance your intentionality as a person.   Ken is a bit of a serial entrepreneur, a successful real-estate investor, owns real-estate offices, own lots of real estate asset, community leader, and constantly gives back to charities. He is the founder and Chief Visionary Officer of KW Net Lease Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fort Worth, TX. He is a founding partner in Laundry Luv, a chain of laundromats with a mission to educate, equip, and inspire those in the communities where they serve. He is also the Operating Principal/Franchise Owner of Keller Williams Realty in Abilene, TX. He has 16 streams of passive income and 4 streams of active income.  Ken Wimberly is the founder and visionary behind Legacy of Love, LLC., is the world's first and foremost parent-to-child journaling platform. The mission is to inspire parents and grandparents to become more involved and more purposeful in helping their children to grow up with happy, determined, and fulfilled lives.   Early in his life, Ken didn’t have positive influences and had a negative life.  As he grew up, he feels like there were lots missing in his life. Influenced by Tom Cruise’s movie and seeking for discipline, at 12-years-old he got into a full-time military boarding school where he learned discipline and leadership. Did well academically and graduated as valedictorian of his class. It gives him confidence, it instills a sense of pride and confidence. Later on, he served the country as a US Navy.  Other than that, Ken always loved numbers and so he decided to become an entrepreneur and open up a restaurant. But he always thought about the real-estate industry while operating his restaurant. So when opportunity and chance came, he grabbed it & got into the commercial real-estate business. He tried hard and did researching properties and learning everything. He believed he can figure things out. He surrounded himself with the right mentor, right people, tirelessly did repetition and repetition in building his skills over and over until he became that person that earns that paycheck and more consistent paychecks. Ken continues working and working and putting deals in front of other people. His commission goes higher and higher.   In addition, he found a book that got him into the journey of self-discovery, continuously creating more relationships and building the right mindset.  Despite how busy in his entrepreneurial career, Ken still makes time for his family, and himself. His family is his top priority and communication is key to get that support from them. Above all, Ken gives value to the memories they’ve shared in their family especially his children and so he created the ‘Legacy of Love’.
