As a parent, anxiety, depression, and ADHD are all things with which you worry your kids are struggling. Since anxiety disorders affect one in eight children, it’s important to know what to look for and how to help. In this episode, Dr. Meg talks with Erica Komisar, a psychoanalyst, parent coach, and author, and her main goal is to relieve pain from individuals that suffer from a multitude of issues including anxiety and depression.
