I’m hooked. Thank you.

Gregg, I found your podcast on the recommended portion under another podcast I listen to called The Science of Happiness. I thought I’d give it a quick listen on the way to work and I found myself unable to pause it. I had to finish listening in the parking lot. You have amazing guests and great content and I will say I have used it as a guide as I start my own podcast. As a person who has battled mental health for some time and am now a parent of a child who has a mental illness as well, I’ve struggled for years trying to think of ways to help her while also helping myself be well. Throughout this journey of discovering new tools and techniques to maintaining a healthy mental state, I’ve decided to share my knowledge with other parents who may be lost. But it’s podcasts such as yours, The Science of Happiness, and now for my oldest son, Man Amongst Men, that have really giving my family and myself new perspectives we may have never discovered on our own. Keep up the great work. Lisa Gutierrez San Antonio, TX
Wow Gregg!

I discovered Greg’s podcast about six months ago and I must say it has truly impacted my life in such a positive way. His voice is calming, his thoughts so clear and concise, he truly inspires me to live my best life! Thank you Greg, you are a rock star!
Love it! A positive outlook to get through daily life
Vargie Vargs
I’m only on the first few episodes and it’s a great listen! I love how Greg’s voice is clear and very easy on the ears. Each episode is easy to follow along and thoroughly enjoy his relatable content. I love how it’s not cheesy but factual. Growing up can be hard. Sadly, it’s very easy to get sallowed by the black hole of negativity. Greg’s research reminds us that we can actual live in positive outlook if we channel our minds in the right direction. The greatest part about this podcast is that Greg and his fellow guest speakers show you that you too, can achieve a positive outlook even if it’s in the most minute way. Keep up the good work! Can’t wait to binge listen to rest of the episodes
Only took listening once

Started episode 1 recently and I’ve been hooked ever since.... keep speaking your voice, it needs to be heard!
I don’t like it
smm9060
I appreciate this guy is trying to motivate but this isn’t a great podcast. I’m not interested in him preaching the whole time for 15 minutes. There are a million podcasts and it seems like everyone thinks they are an influencer now.
Full of practical advice
esstar321
I stumbled on this podcast during a personal development search & I’m loving it. The episodes are short, to the point, and actionable. The takeaways are very useful for my coaching practice.

bsquared719
The way the host drops his G’s at the end of words is torture to my ears! Annoying and unprofessional. Seems like some great content, but I don’t like the way the host presents it, uses gamification to better his social media accounts, highlights worthless songs, talks about himself, and speaks.
Kind and Genuine Host w a Message
jasonmichaelmiller
I got into this podcast about 2 months ago. Greg seems that he studies his topics and researched the best he can. He's usually very optimistic, positive, truthful, empowering and genuine. Love the topics he chooses. Very helpful show 1 minor annoyance--not into his taste in music that he promotes on the podcast. Lol it's all like an overly processed techno house music--it makes me feel anxious rather than inspired or empowered. I'd prefer him to just get to the point (the show)and have a short tranquil //less abrasive music playout.
Episode 304
MomOfMany10
Thank you for episode 304. Your message about choosing, hit me right where I needed. Thank you!
Great podcast!

Gregg has well thought out, actionable podcasts! They are short and to the point like the podcast name. Keep up the great content!

Great and unusual perspectives on finding your mentors. Will definitely keep those in mind.
not for me
enneyehs
I feel like this podcast is really useful for the younger, inexperience, unread or out of touch listeners :) No offense but I find a lot of the content to be ... uhm, common sense yeah or of course, or why is that a big deal... sometimes, the topics are boring I had to skip... I do like the music selections though (for some of them)
Good content but...
meganw5
I like the content of the show but the host sounds like a robot....it’s a little distracting to listen.
Nice Daily Boost

Easy Changes
Bsktbllpud
This podcast gives great information to help maximize your life; however, the podcast is “dry” and boring. Gregg is also very verbose and tends to talk in circles. Despite the negatives, this podcast will help you live a better more productive life.
Dope podcast!
MatthewBivens
I really like the concept of your show: that making small changes consistently can lead to huge impact! Keep up the great work.
Losing a loved one
beachbubbler
Honest, searching and personally right on target. Please don’t shy away from the topic of lose. Life is a chronic condition. Death is what makes life worth living. Lose on the other hand is like wadding through waist deep mud, wondering when it might melt away and yet wanting to hold on to something as slippery as water and as gritty as dirt.
I love this podcast
Trexerb
I am all about self-help ... anything and this podcast brings it all home for me and gives me great ways to apply it to my life today! Thank for creating this!

Practical and extremely useful life hacks, best practices, and lessons-learned
cburleso
Simple, yet practical and extremely useful life hacks, best practices, and lessons-learned for leveling up your life a little each day. Excellent recording quality, voice style, and pleasant listening. Every episode is interesting and engaging, yet calm enough for relaxed listening before bed. This is one of a very small handful of podcasts that have stuck on my regular listening list.

I'm becoming less of a jerk
Mickey like the mouse
Thank you for this podcast, Gregg! I love that you use actual research to prove your points and it's not the fluffy type of self-help that is so prevalent these days. I listen to these episodes during my commute and I've noticed that I flip off less people and am less of a jerk when I get to work. I also use your messages in my yoga classes (I always give you credit!) and my students love them! And yes, yoga teachers can be jerks, too. I'm working on it.
Great motivational and eye opening podcast!

Such a great podcast to listen to when I'm feeling stuck. Emotional and career wise.

Should be called the complainer podcast
Valmat98
I listened to his first podcast and all he could do was complain about his life. I was instantly annoyed, I looked at the reviews and everyone loves him. I though "eh, let me listen to a few more and see where it goes" LITERALLY every single podcast that I listened to (total of 3) is of him complaining how he works hard and how he's so busy. **Newsflash**nobody really cares, if you want a better podcast make it more relatable/inspiring to people
Love this podcast

I look forward to this podcast every week. Keep up the great work.
Prove them RIGHT!

Been listening to this podcast for a couple of weeks now, definitely nothing negative to say. Gives a realistic and different perspective to making positive changes to ones life (if you decide to take the advice). Definitely recommend. The Facebook page is also great, so many different people reaching towards the same goal in their own unique way and happy to share their journey.
