Holidays Podcast 152

If you’ve been following these podcasts and are doing the work on your eating and thinking and self-care, now may be the time for stress.

Or so you think.

Here in the U.S. and in many places around the world, it’s holiday season.

That means more food, more temptations to ditch your eating plan, more family drama and more worry about eating.

Am I describing you right now?

In the Freedom Group, lots of our members start worrying about the holidays in October.

For some it’s all about the food itself.

For others, it’s about being alone, or with family members you’re not as connected to as you want to be.

Maybe you’ve made progress in your weight loss journey and you fear losing the progress you’ve made.

Or maybe you’re just beginning and struggling, and you’re afraid that your old habit of non-stop holiday food will keep you stuck in square one.

And self-care? For lots of us, it goes right out the window at this time of year.

Let’s look at all these holiday concerns together. I know for sure that no matter what the calendar says, you can get through the holidays without weight gain and without stress.

Yes, you can even be with family and still honor yourself. And I will show you how.

Let’s do this together and make these holidays the new standard for you to take care of yourself and your eating no matter what day it is.
