    In this episode, I chat about simple self-care practices for time-poor people. Practices include:

    -listening to happy or calming music

    -appreciating good moments in life

    -asking for help and support 

    -eating nutritious food

    -committing to getting good rest

    -practicing mindfulness and meditation regularly 

    It can also be really helpful to take small steps towards bigger goals and focus on one thing at a time.
