Ashok has spent the last 20 years researching health and well-being, and creating unique techniques to help people improve their lives. He runs a global clinic specialising in treating ME, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia & Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. He also has a not-for-profit meditation app and documentary series which is a complete self-development program.
