Prof Barry Schwartz is the Dorwin Cartwright Professor of Social Theory and Social Action at Swarthmore College. He has published several best selling books including 'Why We Work' and 'The Paradox of Choice'. Currently he has 4 TED talks with his first, 'The Paradox of Choice' being downloaded almost 8 million times. Prof Schwartz is a world renowned expert on the psychology of work and what influences all the decisions we make in life.
