At the time of investing, I listened to episodes 224 and 225 which had to do with using your principal's home equity to invest, which is what I'm interested in. You briefly mentioned age in one of the episodes but didn't go into detail. Hypothetically, I want to invest equity from my primary residence and rental properties.
