The D&D episode
Apollo Au Augustus
The D&D therapy episode just really helped me, as I listened I came out of a really bad bout of depression. I think I could really benefit from said D&D therapy and I really appreciate being exposed to it.
Wonderful Human
No discussion about any birds, famous or otherwise. Fake news!
Excellent life skills and issues Podcast
For the wallpaers
Hey guys! Been listening your podcast for a few months! Loved Crucible radio, loved the conversations! Now that you’re no longer centered on Destiny or video games, I still love to listen to the banter and to have you guys as companions during work. I’ve really enjoyed the podcasts that go a little more in depth about personal life and struggles, and ways that different people approach these issues. There have been a few that I have held on to and have taken to heart, specifically episode 3 of @Everyone. The conversations that Birds has with the guests is always enlightening and introspective, which helps me a ton with my own situations. Keep up the good work and I’m excited to keep listening. P.S. Ignore the iTunes name. It was a mistake and changing it can’t be done on mobile, for some reason.
Wow! Top podcast to beat. Beet. Wow! *surprised pikachu*

Thanks for 200 episodes! I learned a lot about myself and how to get past scrub mentality because of CR. I’ll miss the show, but understand why it’s ending. Looking forward to the future for you! Thanks to the hosts and everyone involved in the making of each episode. The last bean is in the can.
good but ending
I only started playing destiny in early 2018. I only just started getting serious about pvp in the last couple months. I found this podcast as they were putting out their Guide to Getting Good (which is awesome and you should listen to it!) But sadly they are ending the show. I have a couple hundred episodes I can still listen too but they wont be focusing on destiny anymore. I am probably not gonna listen weekly because I only play destiny. I havent listened long enough to feel like I have loyalty to the show, and will stick around for future episodes... ? I dont know. Anyway if you want the low down, listen to the following episodes: Ep #3, #33, #34, #102, #103, #120, #182, and both Guides to Getting Good which I think are numbers 196, 197.
The Show Goes On!
Almost two-hundred episodes in these guys are still delivering extremely helpful insight into the mindsets needed to not only excel at PvP gaming, but have meaningful fun doing it. As certain communities go through spells of “discontent” I can always count on this show to keep me grounded and to reconnect me to the mindsets that made me love gaming in the first place. Onwards and upwards.
Not enough pvp talk
I use to love this show but they stopped focusing on pvp but I guess bungee is to blame for that. Getting rid of trials indefinitely and making a season focused on gambit. The they definitely lost me when I heard a guest talking about Democratic Socialism. I have my own political podcasts, thanks but no thanks.
Excellent show, shame it's not going to continue...
I've been listening to CR for years now, and have found it incredibly helpful in helping both my PVP game and how to approach not being a scrub generally. Even the episodes that weren't focused on the game were interesting and I've enjoyed listening to the hosts talk about their own personal development. I'm really sad that we're losing the crucible part of the show; for me, I enjoyed what was essentially 3 friends (and the occasional guest) sitting around discussing a topic I was really interested in, and I suspect lacking that focus future episodes will be a lot more hit and miss... this will probably go from the first thing I listen to on my Monday morning commute to just an occasional listen, but I really appreciate all the effort you put in over the years.
A good show here and there
They seem to enjoy talking more about themselves than the game.
Thank you, Swain
Your solo episode was great. Thank you <3
Ep 185.
Johnny B. Big
So loving the podcast. I’ve learned a bunch and been more intentional in some of my pvp playing. On ep 185 you’re talking about sliding and firing in the opposite direction call it The “Anne Oakley”.
Thank you for episode 182
Every now and then y’all give us something other than the usual horsing around and personal opinions on this game we love. Episode 182 with Cap was one of these occasional gems that I have downloaded, put on repeat, and am trying to burn into my skill set. Thank you guys for always being entertaining and having the sight to put out this wonderful episode of real knowledge, and opening mine and a few of my clan mates’ eyes to the real crucible game we should be striving to achieve.
Needs more crucible...
Over an hour of existential bs. This podcast is supposed to be about Crucible and there was literally no crucible content in the 80 painstaking minutes I listened.
You guys are fun
Best Podcast about Destiny. A lot of good tips, and information. Birds forever
What a bunch of unprofessional drunks!
Hearing the old one getting drunk and belligerent was the best part of the show, the hipster cook and the other one are holding the alcoholic down. Love you guys and love the show =) Hunter master class still in D2
This is what I would classify as a “third tier” Destiny podcast. OK if your just looking for Destiny info.
Been listening for years. They're like a fine wine...
They only get better with age. I always look forward to Mondays to hear just what I've been doing wrong in the crucible over the past week. No, just kidding, but I have learned a ton from these guys and they make me laugh every week. It's a great way to get my Destiny 2 PvP fix while I'm at work. Please keep it coming, CR
Great show
I love the energy these guys bring. I've learned a few things during the time that I've listened to them. Keep it up guys
Like so many others :(
M Prime
I found this podcast during Destiny 1 and loved it. With Destiny 2 I neglected this podcast due to life. PROS: The regular cast balance each other out greatly, do a fantastic job staying positive and focusing on facts. I love their zen take on things. CONS: Tuning back in on episode 163 had me cringe when, within the first few minutes, the F bomb was drop more than once. It only bothered me because my 11 year old son was listening with me and I perhaps forgot that this group cusses this way. Personal opinion is that more game discussions like these would really open their market if they just prevented themselves from relying so heavily on swearing. And young people would be able to benefit from the well thought out ideas and discussion that sometimes occurs in these forums if there wasn’t so much harsh language. Aside from that, my title is to say that this group, like so many other Destiny podcasts, spend a great deal of time being silly, focusing on side discussion that has little to do with the game, and heavily cussing simply for the sake of cussing. A lot of people don’t mind this and many tune in for it so this is a great podcast for that.
Great guys and good info
Crucible Radio is exactly where you want to be to find out anything and everything about Destiny PVP and Destiny as a whole. They always give super informative discussions and have super cool guest interviews. Extremely funny and easy to get hooked on listening to them. 10/10
Love the podcasts, but that intro music...
Long time listener, but guys please no ear rape intro music. Hype music, yes. Hoarse guy screaming over drum fills? Nah.
Also stopped listening as soon as they brought misinformed politics into a gaming podcast. Really sad to see lost another listener.-
Political bias
Kaylee Nobles
Really disappointed you guys decided to get political with the show. We have enough issues in this country right now re political bias in the media without a gaming podcast getting involved as well. Hopefully your listeners will fully educate themselves before forming an opinion on immigration policy. I know I’m just a small minority in your group of followers but you lost a loyal fam and supporter of the show today
Stick to video game talk
Was a great show until they injected uneducated misinformed political views into their podcast. Stick with what you know. Unsubscribed
Love You Guys
I feel as if I’ve grown up somewhat with you three via my Destiny Life. What shines the most is the positive outlook (pun not intended) you have all maintained. One comment however, Byrds, you really shouldn’t promote people backing out of a Competitive match when they learn they are up against a full team of 4, I’m not mad, just disappointed. Love You Guys.
Cody Indiana
Voop for Birds monarchy
Bones Swain you guys are amazing and have helped me with so many aspects of this amazing game through your podcast and all your solo episodes but I gotta give the number one spot to birds for his solo episode I've listened to it multiple times and found something new to learn from each time I listen thank you guys for being awesome voop scrubs on the space internet
Lost touch with what made the podcast great
I used to enjoy the show, but seems like the hosts are now a little bitter towards the community that supported them during D1. Much less negativity on DCP or other podcasts.
My favorite podcast
I love this show. I’m consistently surprised at how good this podcast is. The hosts manage to find the balance between funny and thoughtful almost every week. Also I have found some great music through their artist focuses. Other Destiny shows are good this one is the best. This show is about how to be a better player and every once in a while a better human.
Been meaning to leave this review for a while…
Much like Batman, I was orphaned years ago, and I may or may not blame Crucible Radio. Five stars for the insight, interviews, and making me the Guardian my clan deserves, but not the one they need. Like, ever. I am really bad at this game.
When in doubt....
Punch all the things! I would give them 6 stars, but they have yet to drop the Keen Koala Crucible Calendar with sexy Koala poses. Until then, only 5 stars. FluffyFingersMD
Last episode was just bad
I don’t care about all games... don’t forget what made u guys famous or in the game scene Destiny u guys haven’t talk about strategy about anything no weapon y’all what to use or how to be better ... u guys have gone flat .. the game is still good but u guys not so much
10 star worthy
the 0ther Hunter
This is the only Destiny D2 podcast I have ever listened to and I cannot stop listening don’t stop recording and playing please
Simply the best.
Hai jae
Can't say enough about this podcast. Since D2 released, I've been listening to a lot of community podcasts while I work my 9-to-5, but I gotta say, you guys give me something to look forward to on Mondays. Not only do you focus on what I wanna hear about (Crucible tactics and improvements), but you do so in such a positive way, and that makes all the difference. There is a lot of heat in the Destiny community right now, and a lot of it is somewhat justified, but so many podcasters and content creators have really let the negativity take a toll on the voices they put out there. Even in your critiques of the game, pretty much all of which I agree with, I can tell you don't take pleasure in doing so, and that you want to focus on the fun that we have in the game, and that means a lot to me personally. It seems like bashing Destiny and talking about what we hate about the game is the cool thing to do now, and I have stopped listening to a lot of other voices out there because of it. It's just not enjoyable to listen to. That won't be the case for this podcast though, so thanks for enjoying the game along with the rest of us!
Three Dudes and A Podcast about shooting mans in the crucible.
Hoping Bungie will change things up to help these guys have more to talk about. The crucible can still be fun but it is fairly bland right now. I used to learn so much from listening about D1 crucible. Definitely helped me get better. I still use what I’ve learned listening to this day.
I Dunno
So i don’t know if it’s a positive or a negative that my favorite load out on hunter (console) is the high-impact, blue, full-auto scout (trax lysis?) the sand wasp, and the hand in hand. So a blue, another blue, and a green...
Used to be a 5 star, but now just a 4
Crucible Radio was the first Destiny podcast that I listened to and these guys played a huge role in my Destiny 1 PVP game. They hosts’ own thirst to improve in PVP was what drove their content and their podcasts were filled with fantastic interviews, ranging from strategy breakdowns to mental improvements. However, something has changed with these guys and I’m afraid it’s not for the better. We all know Destiny 2 PVP is horrendous right now and plans to improve the sandbox are still months away. That said, it seems like the hosts have so little to talk about that the podcast for the past 2-3 months has been nothing but silly comedy bits and inane banter between the hosts. Usually, it’s 30 minutes before they actually get to their topic and then even after that, it’s unfocused and shallow. I’m rooting for these guys and for the Destiny franchise in general, but for now I’ll get my Destiny information from more efficient podcasts, like IGN’s Fireteam Chat or Planet Destiny’s podcast.
For real
Love wasting my time listening to these guys at work.
The kings of positivity
With the community in a time where everyone is at each other's or Bungie throats, these guys keep it real, funny, and positive which is a breath of fresh air. When most else are tearing it down there keeping the lanterns lift.
Keep up the good work
Asswhoopn Insurance
I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere. Not like here. Here everything is soft and smooth.
Great Podcast
Krafty Jamie
You guys clearly have great advice for some us that strive to get better. Love the music highlights and food ad libs. Loved the bungo interview. Thanks for being a part of Drive.
Five Stars?
I’m only giving this podcast a 5 star review because they told me to. I’m not giving it 5 stars because I enjoy the podcast and love all the useful tips and insight these strangers give me.
Crucible Radio is p nice.
I like podcast much wow. It very good. We Neanderthal speak loud for strong voice. Very scary for enemy Neanderthal. No make fun of us. We will find in Rumble (Shoutout to Cammycakes, yes). Praise Lord Shaxx
Are this guys for real?

We Ran Out Of Medals.
A Very Bungie Thanksgiving (Ep 2) opening statements hit the nail on the head for me as a Destiny 2 player. I could go on with how I feel about the toxicity within parts of the community but instead I’d rather thank you guys for your podcast. So thanks for being level headed, for digging in deep with interviews and with mechanics of the game. Thanks for being a place where week after week I become more informed about a game that I enjoy playing. You guys do amazing work and are truly Legend.
Filthy Casuals
Love these guys. They make Destiny talk (with all of its positives and negatives) feel like a chat with my buds. Keep up the good work gentlemen. They can’t MKB to save their lives though. ;)
Thank you.
Birds, your words before the last episode are so true and I couldn’t agree more. One of the many reasons why I love listening to your guys show. We need more positivity like that in the community right now. I have faith in Bungie and I know it’s not the “popular” thing to do, but I love this game. See you guys in the crucible.
Do you want oodaloops with that?
Mr ski guy
Real destiny talk. Even in a content and enjoyment lull these guys are here to entertain! Keep up the hard work, and I'll keep coming back for the intros, hot takes, and musical breaks!
