-To fail in hope and expectation which is joined with shame and blushing.
-Vrs 5 Aaron saw the response of the people.

2. Ownership 
-We take ownership of our covenant with God.

3. Wisdom 
-With experience comes wisdom.

4. Anger 
-Moses’ Anger

5. People’s Actions
-People were unrestrained
-Shamed among their enemies
- There is a cost of service

6. Leaders
-The weight the leader carries
-Moses intercedes
-God sends a plague 
-All the while Amalek is watching and learning.
-God expects us to do hard things to get what he wants to give us.
