Today we speak to the inspiring Brittany who grew up with an alcoholic farther and co-dependent mother. Growing up was hard for Brittany and her sister with mental abuse occurring, and the lack of support from her mother, leading to self harming and self medicating with alcohol and prescription drugs for anxiety and PTSD we travel along Brittany's timeline up to today, where she has now put in healthy boundaries with her mum.  We also talk about therapy and the danger of smacking your children.
